Since this ministry event is sponsored by two organizations - WORD FM Radio and CE-Life Builders - you will need to fill out registration information for both organizations.

If you are attending with a group:

Please complete all forms and hand in to your group leader.

Make Checks payable to your group so one check can be sent to Life Builders.

If you are attending individually:
