Registration

Each person attending a week of Life Builders Youth Work Camp must do the following to register:

1 - Fill out and sign two forms: Teen Registration Form and Teen Liability Form ~ When submitting paperwork, we are ok if you print on both sides of the paper
2 - Fill out a Skills Inventory Sheet
3 - Make a copy and submit with your paperwork a copy of your health insurance card (this is required to expedit time at a hospital if found necessary to do so).

What To Bring

For a successful week at Life Builders Youth Workcamp, you will want to make sure to pack appropriate footwear for working (i.e. work boots), toiletries, bedding, stuff to sleep on (i.e. air mattress, cot).

Teen Guidelines

Certain behavior is expected from you as a teenager when you attend a week of Life Builders Youth Work Camp.
